Lord Michael Grade has had a long career in broadcasting, encompassing London Weekend Television, the BBC, and ITV, as well as over nine years as chief executive of Channel Four Television. He was chairman of the BBC (2004–2006) and executive chairman of ITV (2006–2009). He was the non-executive chairman of Pinewood and Shepperton Film Studios for 16 years. He is the non-executive chairman of Infinity Creative Media, the production company Twelve Town, and Reach for Entertainment. He is cofounder of the Grade Linnit company, which produces for the theatre. He is chairman of the Arora Group’s Heathrow Expansion Advisory Board. In January 2011 he became the Conservative Peer, Lord Grade of Yarmouth.

Stuart B. Graber started his media investment and consulting business Magnetar Media Investments in 2002. Previously he has been managing director of Time Warner International and international president of Digital Convergence Corporation. He currently advises various institutions and individual clients helping them look for new growth opportunities, securing finance, and assisting management. Stuart is married to Susan, an accomplished photographer and award-winning sculptress.
