Angie Cohen has been the chairman of the ’45 Aid Society since 2015. The ’45 Aid Society was founded as a charitable organization in 1963 by a group of child Holocaust survivors, known as “The Boys,” who were brought to Great Britain after the end of the Second World War. Angela’s late father was one of the Boys. She now leads the Society with other members of the second and third generation and continues the work of telling the survivors’ stories at schools, universities, and commercial organizations through an extensive education program. Angela is married with two sons and two grandsons.

Robert Rinder

Robert Rinder is a British barrister and television personality. In 2014, while still a practicing barrister, he began hosting the reality courtroom series, Judge Rinder. In 2018 he appeared on the program Who Do You Think You Are?, where the story was told about his grandfather Morris Malenicky. In 2019, he also began hosting the Channel 4 series The Rob Rinder Verdict. In 2020 both he and his mother went on to visualize the story of what happened to their family during the Holocaust. They also interviewed other survivor families who were on the same journey.

Trudy Gold

Trudy Gold was the CEO of the London Jewish Cultural Centre and a founding member of the British delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA). Throughout her career she taught modern Jewish history at schools, universities, and to adult groups and ran seminars on Holocaust education in the UK, Eastern Europe, and China. She also led Jewish educational tours all over the world. Trudy was the educational director of the student resources “Understanding the Holocaust” and “Holocaust Explained” and the author of The Timechart History of Jewish Civilization.
