Wednesday 16.02.2022

Summary

Patrick Bade discusses the era of Gustav Mahler’s life (1860–1911) after he resigned from the Vienna Opera. Following a tragic series of events, Mahler accepted an invitation to go to New York and conduct at the Metropolitan and that’s where he spent the rest of his career.
